YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by the

above named plaintiff against the above named defendants on the
day of December, 1977, in the above entitled Court,
involving the following described real property situate, lying ~
and beinq in St. Lucie County, Florida:

Lots~16 and 17; Block F, HARMONY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ;
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Bodk 8, page 24,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose that
certain indenture of mortgage dated November 14, 1972, from
Harry Anderson, Jr. and Sue Anderson, his wife, to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, which said indenture
of mortgage is recorded in Official Records Book 208 at page 755
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
You will therefore govern yourselves accordingly.
