LAST WILL AND TESTAI~NT
OF

I, MAMIE JOHNSON, presently residing at 1728 Pine Street,
Tampa, Hillsborough County. Florida, being of fi~ll age and of sound
and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former tes-
tamemtary dispositions by me made.
I
I direct payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my demise.

I I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, ~?hether
real, •~ersonal or mixed and wheresoever situGte, wrich I may own
_ or have the riqht tc c~ispose of at the time of my death, to my five
children, viz., Hallie Mae Taylor, presently residing at 11425 Mexican
Street, Auburn, New York, 11412, Eddye Mae Dawson, presently resid-
ing at 11034 179th Street, Jamaica, New York 11433, Rosa Lee Dickson,
Flora Lee Hardon and Julius Mor~roe Johnson, they to share and share
alike in my said estate.
If any of my said child'=en should predecease me, then,
and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath the share of said
deceased child or children to the child or children of my said de-
ceased child or children, share and share alike. In the event that
any of~my said children shou2d predecease me and shall leave no
child or children living at the tiune of my demise, then, and in that
event, I give, devise and bequeath the share of my said deceased
child or children to my surviving children in equal shares.
