I make, nominate and appoint my daughter, Eddye Mae
Dawson, as and to be the executrix of this, my Last Will and Tes-
tament, and I direct that no bond or other form of security be
required of her as such. ,
I hereby give to my said executrix full power and au-
thority. at any time or times to sell, mortgage, pledge, exchange,
or otherwise deal with or dispose of or retain the property com-
prising my estate upon such terms and conditions as my said execu-
trix shall deem best; to settle and compound any and alI claims in
favor of or against my estate as my executrix shall deem advisable
and for any of the foregoing.purposes to make, execute and deliver
any and all deeds, contracts, mortgages, bills of sale or other in-
stru~?ents necessary or desirable therefor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and have
