9. Petitioners are unaware of any~unrevoked will or codicil
of the decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 10.

~ September 8, 1967, together with authenticated copy of the Petition for
~ Probate, Order Admitting Will to Probate, and Letters Testamentary,

i issued by the Court of Co~non Pleas, Probate Division Lake County, Ohio,

~ accompanies this petition.

~ 10A. That said probated foreign will does comply with Florida
~ Statute 732.502(1).
11. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required
~ by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. Petitioners request that the decedent's

~ authenticated copy of Last Will be admitted to probate and an Order of
~ Summary Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets
~
in the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 8
~ of this Petition.
