PETITIOPJ FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
Comes now the Personal Representative, Alexander H. Stolz,
Jr., by and through his undersigned attorney and petitions to this
Court to award a partial distribution of the cash assets of the
Estate in the amount of $2500.00 to the sole beneficiary under the

Last Will and Testament of the Decedent and alleges in support
thereof :
1. That Helen Elles is the sole heir and beneficiary under
the Last Will and Testament of JOSEPH J. SISCO.

2. That as of the date of the filing of this petition

E there are cash assets in the Estate in the amount of $
~ and that there is the additional asset of the home of the Decedent
which is now listed for sale subject to court approval which will
provide additional assets to the Estate in the approximate amount
of $14,000.00 to $18,000.00.
3.~ That the present cash assets together with the value
of the home and the expected sale price therefrom are more than
~ sufficient to satisfy the remaining claims of creditors and any
~
~ fees for the Personal Representative and the attorney for the

4. That the aforesaid sole heir and beneficiary in the
