. A. LAN~ USE AND MOBILE HOME TYPE

or mobile home shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted to ~emain on
any lot other than a one family mobiie home of not less than forty-five (45)
feet and one attached carport or garage for not more than two cars and one
attached Florida room, and no more than one out building.
8. NUISANCES ~
~ No noxious or offensive activities shall be carred on any lot, or
shall anything be done therec?n which may become an annoyance or nuisance to .
the neighborhood. All owners of lots shall maintain their property in such
manner so as not to create health or fire hazzards or to leave any lots in
an unsightly condition.
C. LIVESTOqG AND POULTRY -
No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred
! or kept on any lot except that dogs, cats or any other household pets may be
; kept provided they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any cam~ercial pur-
i pose. Dogs shall not be allowed to run loose.
I D. GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL
~ No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for refuse or
~ trash. Garbage or other waste shall be kept in sanitary containe~s with a
€ tight fitting cover. Al1 incinerators or other equipment for the stora~e
~ or disposal of such material shail be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
~ E. MOBILE HOME SET-BACK AND LOCATION
No mobile home shall be located on any lot nearer than twenty-five
(25) feet to the f ront line or to the side street line. No mobile home shall
be located nearer than fifteen (i5) feet to the back lot line. Each mobile
home shall be centered on the lot with the ends facing the short side of the :
lot.
~ F. PLACEMENT OF CLOTHES LINES
~ No clothes lines or other item for the hanging of wash or ciothes for
the purposes of drying, shall be permitted anywhere except on the rear fifteen
~ (15) feet of each lot.
~ G. SKIRTING
~ ach ile hane shall have a base or skirting to sufficiently enciose
the entire permiteter of the mobile home and the base or skirting shall be in
` keeping with the design of the mobile home. `

~ H. TAGGED VEHICLES
~ No vehicle of any type not properly licensed and tagged and in running
~ condition shall be stored on any lot or right-of-way. No owner shall have
more than 2 cars parked on premises at any given time, exclusive of guests.

~ No lot may be fenced, except with chain link fence and metal post.

~ No mobiie home may be placed on a lot unless it is tied down in compliance
~ with the insurance code and laws of the State of Florida.r ~
