the written formalized Order to be entered. The assignor further
warrants and represents that all the "Whereas Clauses" contained in
this Assignment are true and correct and are made for the purpose
of inducing the assignee to rely thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sums this day
paid by the Assignee, BARBARA SEIVEKING, to MILTON R. WASMAN, the
Assignor herein, Milton R. Wasman does hereby sell, assign, transfer
and set over forth with and upon the execution of this document
this 23rd day of November, 1977 at 7:05 P.M, all ri.ght, title and
interest in and to said~proceeds set forth hereinabove and all rights
under the Judgment entered in the said cause referred to hereinabove
and by this Assignment does authorize and direct the NORTH TRAIL
GOLF CLUB, INC., its representatives and assigns, to pay over to the
Assignee any and-all monies due under the original Agreement with
Guardian Realty Corp. and/or Milton R. Wasman, its Assignee. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Milton R. Wasman has hereunto set his hand
and seal this 23rd day of November, 1977.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day, before me, an officer

acknowledged before me that he executed the same.
