KNOW ALL MEN 83t THESE PRESENTS that the undersigned
corporation, GUARDIAN RF,ALTY CORPORATION and ARCHIE STRUHL
and MELVIN J. KABER, individually, do hereby SELL, ASSIGN,
TRANSFER AND SET OVER unto MILTON R. WASMAN, ATT~ORNEY, all
of our interest in and to the balance of commissions due
from NORTS TRAIL GOLF CLUB, INC., in connection with the
sale of certain real eatate, together with 7 1/296 interest
from June 20, 1976 due on the urpaid balance of commission
$30,811.13 and together with any and all payments.due,
including the December 20, 1976 payment as evidenced by '
and indicated on the attached statement on the letterheacl ~
of Gerald S. Jame~.~~ That the assignment hereof is made
in consideration of legal services rendered and due and owing
by the undersiqned. ~
