Before me, the undersigaed suthority, personally appeared,
M. T. Richards, vho, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that:
1. He vas the grantee in that certain deed given by Murray Appelbaum,
et al, dated eiay 24, 1965, filed January 21, 1966, in the Public
• Records of 5t. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Records Book 136,
at Page 538, ~oaveying the following described property, to wit:
The North ~ of the Si~ of the SW3t of Section 2, To~mship 35 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Said deed described in paragraph 1 above stated that the conveyance
vas sub~ect to a purchase money martgage given by the grantee to the
grantors. However, in actual fact no purchase money mortgage vas
given by the grantee, your affiant, to the grantors. In actual fact,
the purchase money mortgage was given to J. B. Keyes, Trustee, by
mortgage dated December 9, 1965, filed January 18, 1966, in the
Public Record o~ St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Recoirds
Book 136 at Pa~be^7366.
