and do stipulate as follows:

this cause being removed from the Court Docket of November 29, 1977, and
being continued to a time to be set_by the Court. .
2. That the parties throuqh their respective attorneys do move
this Court to set this cause for non-jury trial on the Court's Docket of
December 20, 1977.
3. That the parties through their attorneys do waive Notice of
Hearing of this Stipulation £or Continuance and the Stipulation for Non- _
Jury Trial and do consent to the Court entering an orde~ ex parte setting
