This cause came on for hearing on December 2, 197T on ~

the Wife's prayer for t~mporary relief and the Husband's Motion to !

Stay Proceedings, and the Court having heard testimony and evidence, ~

finds that the Wife has receded from portions of her prayer for ~
~
temporary relief for the reasons recited in the record based on
the welfare of the childr~n, and the Court further finds that the
Husband's sale of the Farfisa organ for the sum of $25 on December 1,
~
1977 was unconscionable, and the Court being advised in the pretnises,
It is, therefore, ORDERED as follows:

~ DURHAM and STEPHEN PATRICK DURHAM, mi.nor children of the parties, ;

to the right to visit with the children every Sunday from 1:00 to ~

5:00 p.m. out of the presence of the Husband but within the confines ;
~ of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~

2. Temporary possession of the marital home located at ;
