Thie Court has furiadiction of the parties and subject roatter of thia auit; that
the relation of hueDand and ~ife now exiats betweea the parties; and that the
marriage between the partiea ia irretrfevably broken and ehould be diesolved.

is hereby awerded to MILDRBD L. MARTIN, with reasonable viaitation righta reserved

3. CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing the 2nd day of December, 1977 aad contiauing ~

through Pebruary 3, 1978, JA1~S BI.AKE MARTIN III shall pay to MILDRED L. MAR1'IN the ~

sum of $50.OQ each Week and thereafter the huaband during the minority of the child ~

DANIHLLB N. MARTIN, ehall pay to the wife f~r the support of the miaor child the ~
sum of $40.00 per week. Each payment ahall be made to the Clerk of this Court and ~
