attorney, files Chis Motion to Vacate Default entered herein, and '
in support thereof, alleges:
1. That, since the enCry of the default in .this matter, the
circumstances between the parties have changed in respect to the
jointly held property.
2. Petitioner has filed an Amended Petition for Dissolution
of Marriage reflecting the change in circumstances, and therefore,
requests the Court to vacate the default ente ed herein.
