PETITION FOR DISCNARGE OF GUARDIAN
Petitioner, VINCENT A. LLOYD, as Guardian of the property of
PANSY M. NEIDIGH, incompetent, alleges:
1. Petitioner has faithfully performed his duties as Guardian
and has rendered to this Court a correct accounting of his guardian-
ship as required by law. - ~
2. That the sole purpose of this guardianship was to effect !
the sale of the Florida real property owned by the ward, and that said ;

real property was sold on or about October 14, 1977, and the proceeds =
. ~
from said sale were received by the foreign Guardian of the Estate of ~
~ PANSY M. NEIDIGH, incompetent. ~
~ ~
~ 3. Petitioner files herewith his final return and alleges ~
i ~ -
~ -that the need for this guardianship has terminated by reason that :
~ there are no assets of the ward remaining in the State of Florida. ~
~ ~ 4. Any objections to the report of receipts and disburse-
ments must be filed within thirty days.
WNEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered
approving his accounts and discharging him as the resident Guardian ~

of the property of PANSY M. NEIDIGH, incompetent. ~
