ASSIGNI~NT OF AGREEMENT FOR DEED ~
For Value Received I, HAROLD F. BOHN AND DORIS G. BOHN, his
wife, of 20 Flint Avenue, Akron, New York 14001, hereby assign,
transfer and set over to ROBERT WAYNE WIGGLESWORTH and NORMA
JEAN WIGGLESWORTH, his wife of 504 4th Place SW, Vero Beach,
F~orida 32960, all my right, title and interest in a certain
filed in O.R. Book 224, page 1829
agreement dated March 1, 1974 l by and between PONY PINES, Il~Ie.
and HAROLD F. BOHN AND DORIS G. BOHI~T, his wife, subject to
all terms and conditions thereof and hereby remise, release
and quit claim unto ROBERT WAYNE WIGGLESWORTH and NORMA JEAN
WIGGLESWORTH, his wife, all my right, title and interest in
and to the following said property:
Tract 17, Block A, PONY PINES, UNIT 1, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 17, page 3 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
