E. ROBINSON in this note is Eighty Thousand and 00/100 ($8Q,000.00) Dollacs. The interest or the ownership of EDNA JEAN ROBINSON in this note is Eighty Thousand and 00/100 ($80,000.00) Dollars. The intecest or the ownership oi WILI.IAM EAGLESON and HELEN EAGLESON, his wife, in this note is Eighty Thousand'and 00/!00 ($80,000.00) Doliacs. The principa! and interest payments shaU be paid each year to each payee in sepa~ate payments in the same proportion as each pay~e's inte~est or ownership in the said note. Beginning November 30, 1978, and continuing on the 30th day of each November thereafter, interest shall be paid annually until this note is paid in full. Principal shall be payable in ten (10) equal annual instal[ments of Twenty-Four Thousand and 00/100 ($24,000.00) Doliars commencing November 30, 1978, and on the 30th day of Novembec each year ~ thereaftec untit Novembec 30, 1987, when ihe principal balance then remaining unpaid shal! be paid in full. ~ This note is prepayable in whole or in part at any time and from time to time without penalty or premium. Any such prepayments shall be ccedited to the future _ installments under the terms of this note in inverse order of matucity. Holders acknowtedge that R. E. ROBINSON, Trustee, is indebted to THOMAS J. GEIGER, Realtor, in the amount of Fifteen Thousand and 00/100 ($15,000.00) Dotlars, as evidenced by promis.wry note irom R. E. ROBINSON, Trustee to said THOMAS J. GEIGER, Realtor, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Holders hereby authorize m~?kec hereof to pay directly to THOMAS J. GE[GER, Realtbr, any monies due under the terms of said promissory note from R. E. RQBINSON, Trustee to THQMAS J. GEIGER, Realto~, and any such sums paid by maker hereof pursuant to the terms of said promissory nvt~, io THO~?iRS GEIGER, Realtor, shall be d~emed paid to Holders pursuant to the terms of this note as though maker hereof had paid said monies directly to Holders. The Holders heceof agree not to seek a deficiency judgment against the undersigned on his promise to pay the principal and interest as above provided, and agrees that ihe collection of the indebtedness evidenced by this note wilt be enforced solely against the real property desc~ibed in the mortgage which secures this note, but nothing hecein shall prejudice or prevent the Holders of this note from pursuing any of their rights and remedies with respect to any security given for the payment of the indebtedness, all of which rights and remedies are expressly reserved by the holders of this note.
