hereof in any and alt judiclal proceedings, Including appellate proceedings arising
~ out oi the eniorcement and/oc collectlon of this obligation oc the Mo~tgage or
other oollateral securing this Indebtedness, whether such pcoceeding arise before or
aiter entry oi a tinal judgment. ' ~
In the event any payment of intecest or principal be not paid within Thicty
(30) days atter the same becomes due, the Holders oi this Note may, at theic
option, declace the whole principal sum hereof to be immediately due and payable.
