THIS INDENTURE, executed the 16th day of November, 1977, ~j'~
between MARY M. SELLARDS, as ancillary personal representative of
the estate of JOSEPH M. STERK, deceased, parties of the first part.
and U1~ERT0 DeLUCA, parties of the second part, whose address is
178 Curtis Street. Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452. _
W I T N E S S E T H: -
. The parties of the first part on the 16th day of November
1977, pursuant to the Order of Partial Distribution of the Circuit
Judge in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated the 16th day of
November , 1977, and in consideration of the premises and the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, grants, bargains. sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the parties of the second part, and to their
heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
' Lot 19, Block 352, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 25,a
~i Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded
I in Plat Book 13, page 32, of the Public Records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all rights of ways for public roads
drainage canals and easements for public utilities.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties~of the second part,
and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the parties of the first part do covenant to and with the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
~ things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of Flo~ida have '
been followed and complied with in all respects.
