This cause came on for trial the 6th day of December, 3

1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi- ;
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the '
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the reZation of hus- j

band and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage :

between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. ~
i
• It is thereupon, ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. The marriage between FRANCIS JAMES SWEENEY and LOIS ~
~
LANE SWEENEY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties ~
~
i
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations _
~
arising therefrom. F

2. LOIS LANE SWEENEY be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of LOIS LANE and to use the same in all re-
spects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
