4. PROPBRTY.
A. Title and possession-of the 1966 Chrysler automobile,
ID ~CL41G66107111, Florida Title #2271056, is hereby awarded to the
~Wife as lump sum alimony. In the event the Husband does not execute
the necessary trans#er documents as to said vehicle within ten (10)
days from the date hereof, this Final Judgment shall constitute an
effective conveyance of Rusband's interest therein.
B. The Wife is hereby awarded title and possession of
all furnishings and appliances located at the current residence of
the Wife as additional lwnp sum alimony.
5. FEES AND COSTS. The Husband is hereby ordered to pay to
McDONALD 5 RENNEY, PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION, Attorneys for the Wife ~
herein, their reasonable attorney's fees for services rendered_
herein, plus the Court costs of this action, all of which totals
$ 3~~~
