from the defendant, MICHAEL ROSSON, the sum of Three Thousand

nothing on his counter-claim and the plaintiff, WILLIE RYALS,
go hence without day. ,

of Ttaenty Nine Dollars and Fifty Cents ($29.50) to be assessed
against the defendant~ MICHAEL ROSSON, who is directed to pay:
