( (2) The Husband, WILLIAM C. ROCKY, shall maintain

; the present insurance provided him through his employment ~

i~ for the benefit of the minor children of the parties, to-wit: 4

RAYMOND CHARLES ROCKY, RODNEY ALAN ROCKY, DAVID MICHAEL ROCKY, ~

and ROBERT EDWIN ROCKY. The Husband shall provide the Wife

~i -with any evidence of the coverage of such minor children by ~

~ said insurance as may be necessary to be produced for suppliers
~ of raedical services to said miaor children.

~ (3) The Husband, WILLIAM C. ROCKY, sha~l pay to the

I~ Wife or her attorneys, the amount of $500.00 as reasonable

attorney's fees plus costs in the amount of

Said sums hP naid in amounts of not less than $50.00 per

~ month beginning the month of`~~~ ~ ~ 197~, and each ~
and every month thereafter until fully paid. ~ ~
