FINAL JUD(~NT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court having
given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subj ect matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon ~
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: y

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RICHARD ~

i ± A. HAYES and JUDITH K. HAYES be and the same is hereby dissolved,~
~ j
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from ~
I`
~ the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~
~ ~ the obligations arising therefrom. ~
i
2, CUSTODY. Custody of TAMMY SUE NAYES, minor child of
~
the parties, is hereby awarded to RICHARD A. HAYES with reason- ~
able visitation rights reserved to JUDITH K. HAYES.
3. PROPERTY. The Separation Agreement and Property
Settlement dated April 19, 1977 admitted into evidence is hereby
~ incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
~ comply with the provisions thereof.

~ 4. MEDICAL BILLS. The Husband, RICHARD A. HAYES, shall
~
~ pay an outstanding medical bill to Pare and Anderson
~
~ ~'~~'v^"' in the approximate amount of $270.00 and hold the Wife harmless
~ AND COBB ~
