FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on for trial the 6th day of December, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of.this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage be- ;
~
tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. f

It is thereupon _

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - ~

be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of -
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto-
fore existi~-i3 between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Custody of EDNA DELORES WATFORD, DEBRA JANE WATFORD, ROBERT
EARL WATFORD, JR. and RICHARD EARL WATFORD, minor children of the
parties, is hereby awarded to MYRTLE WATFORD, with reasonable visi-
tation rights reserved to ROBERT WATFORD.
3. Commencing the day of -1~ , 1977, :

ROBERT WATFORD shall pay to MYRTLE WATFORD the sum of $40.00 each ;
and every week for the support of the children named above. -
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ~

him remitted promptly to~MYRTLE WATFORD. In addition there is hereby =

assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each pay- ~
~

ment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money ~

order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep `
r

the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence ad-
dresses at all times while this order is in effect.
