This cause came on for triaZ the 29th day of November,
• 1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the re-
lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as foliows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ALINE
TREPANIER and PAUL TREPANIER be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from ~he bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ;
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROBERT TREPANIER and PAUL
. TREPANIER. minor children of the parties. is hereby awarded to
ALINE TREPANIER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
PAUL TREPANIER.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 9th day of December, 1977,
PAUL TREPANIER shall pay to ALINE TREPANIER, the sum of Thirty
Dollars ($30.00) each and every week for the support of the ~
children named above.
