FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DIS AGE
THIS CAUSE came o~ for trial the 29th day o£ November, ~
1977. and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marria~e between RONNIE L. FAULK
and AGNES FAULK be and the same is hereby dissolved; and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of R0;~1NIE L. FAULK, JR., minor
child of the parties. is hereby awarded to AGNES FAULK with
~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to RONNIE L. FAULK, said
visitation rights shall include every Sunday from 10:00 A.M. until
6:00 P.M. commencing on December 4, 1977.
3. CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing on the 2nd day of December,
1977, RONNIE L. FAULK shall pay to AGNES FAULK the sum of $40.00
each and every week for the support of the child named above;
said sum to continue until such time as the~child reaches majority,
marries or becomes self-supporting. Each payment shall be made
to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to AGNES
FAULK. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00
