All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Both of the parties are ORDERED TO KEEP THE CLEF.K ADVISED
OF THEIR MAILING A.'VD RESIDENCE ADDRESSES AT ALL TII~S WHILE THIS
ORDER IS IN EFFECT. .
4. REAL ESTATE. By appropriate instrument the Husband,
RONNIE L. FAULK, shall convey to the Wife, AGNES FAULK, all his
interest in that certain real property described as follows:
Lots 22 and 23, Melton's Riverview Subdivision,
~ St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with all the furniture, furnishings and fixtures now
located in the dwelling on the aforesaid property. The Wife
shall be responsible for payment of the monthly mortgage payments,
taxes and insurance thereupon subsequent to December 31, 1976.
In the event the Wife fails to make the mortgage payments and
it is necessary for the Husband to make said mortgage payments,
such payments shall be credited to child support under paragraph
3 above; and in the event that the Wife remarries, she and her
• new husband shall refinance the above described dwelling.
5. ATTORNEY FEES: The Husband, RONNIE L, FAULK, shall
pay to the Wife the sum of $350.OU as his total obligation £or
the Wife's attorney's fee incurred during the dissolution of
marriage; which total sum shall be paid by the Husband at the
rate of $50.00 per month commencing on the 15th day of December,
1977 with an equal sum payable on the 15th day of each succeeding
month until paid in full; said sum to be paid direct2y to the law
firm of Willes, Bittan and Willes who shall distribute said sumn
between Errol S. tJilles, Esquire and Richard D. Sneed, Jr., Esquire.
6. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties are hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing, or
annoying the other. The Sheriff is hereby instructed to enforce
this restraining order.
7. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
