supplied to the Clerk of Circuit Court as outlined above. In
the event jurisdiction is invoked in this manner, this pleading
shall be mailed by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested,
Addressee Only, to said party. and shall allow forty (40) days
from the mailing date thereof in which to file a responsive
pleading. -
