FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 2nd day of December, 1977.
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,.
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation c~f husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
~ is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1, DISSOLUTION: The :~Iarriage between DAIL WAYNE REVELS and
SUSAN CAPPETTA REVELS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of DAVID WAYNE REVELS, minor child of
the parties, will be awarded to SUSAN CAPPETTA REVELS, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to DAIL WAYNE REVELS.
3. CHILD SUPPORT: Co~?encing on the l~~ay of
~ 1977, DAIL WAYNE REVELS shall-pay to SUSAN CAPPETTA REVELS the
sum of $25.00 each and every week for the support of the child
named a~ove; said sum to continue until such time as the child
reaches majority, marries or-becomes self-supporting. Each pay-
ment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remit-
ted promptly to SUSAN CAPPETTA REVELS. In addition;`~here is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added
