November, 1977, on Petitioner's Rule To Show Cause and Respondent having
_ been present in Court and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is,

pay the sums hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of willful
contempt of this Court for biis willful failure to pay support payments as ~
directed by Order duly entered•herein, a copy of which is attached hereto
and by refexence made a part hereof. It is,
ORDERED MID AAl[JD(~ that as ptuiishment for contempt he is
~ hereby sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie Cauity Jail,
Fort Pierce, Florida, coamencing on the lSth day of February, A. D. 1978.
PR01?TDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by paying the swn of $300.00 (arrears) due
as of Nov~nber 25, 1977, to the Clerk of Circuit Court of this Cowrty, ta-
gether with casts of his arrest. You and your duly authorized deputies are
therefore _
ALL AND SINQJIAR OF 'IHE St~RIFFS are directed to take into custody
the said JAME.S DONAI.D BOrI'T on the said date and deliver him to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie Ca~nty, Florida, for the execution of the above described judg~nent
and sentence. The Clerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be pro~tly
notified of his arrest.
