ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on Nove~'~er 29~ 1977, upon Petition
for Order of Support and upon Respondent's Motion to Dismiss or
Serike Petition for Order of Support and the Court having heard
arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises; and it is

ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to D~.smiss or Strike Pe~~tion for Order
of Support is denied. ,
2. The Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner as support
for ROBERT H. HAPPLE, minor child of the parties, the weekly sum of-
$15.OO,the first payment being due on December 2, 1977 and a lik.e
~ ~
i ~ sum on Friday of each consecutive week thereafter until rlay 26,
~ 197$, at which time said child will have reached the age of 18 years,

~ at which time the Respondent's obligation to pay support for said
child shall terminate. Said payments shall be made to the Clerk of
this Court and by him promptly remitted to the Domestic Relations '
~ ;
Division, Court of Common Pleas of Mifflin County, S North Wayne ;

Street, Lewistown, Pennsylvania, 17044, for disbursement in accord- f
~
~ ance with this Order. Respondent shall in addition to payments
~ herein provided, pay all statutory fees established by the Clerk ~
~ ~
u for administration of payments,' all payments to be made in cash,
~
~ money order or cashier's check.

~ 3. This cause is continued as to the issue of support ~
