DiSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 29th day of November, 1977, and the Court
having given full consideration to alj the evidence, finds and determines: This
Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the
reiation of husband wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage -
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DiSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FRANK J. OSBORNE and
NANCY KAY OSBORNE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. STIPULATION.~ The Stipulatian admitted into evidence is hereby
incorpora~ed herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with
the pravisions thereof.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME. NANCY KAY OSBORNE by and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former name of NANCY KAY GORE and to use the same
in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
~ 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en3oined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other, as stipulated
by the parties hereto.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
