FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF I3ARRZAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial the lst day of~
December, A. D. 1977, upon the pleadings filed herein and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and
observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses,

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband
and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
of over twenty years between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissoLved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JOHN S. TIERNEY, JR.,
Husband,and RZTA M. TIERNEY, wife, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of then are hereby forever -
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. STIPULATION. The Stipulation made between the parties
is hereby recognized and the parties are ordered to compZy with
sac~e, said Stipulation being as fcllows:
a. Custody of the minor child iā¢iARK is awarded to
the Husband, with liberal visitation rights granted to the Wife.
b. The Wife shall convey to the Husband her interest
in the marital home, together with the furnishings therein except
for her personal property as hereinafter set forth, and the Husband
shall pay to the Wi£e the sum of $17~500.00 for her interest in
same.
