ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
Made this lst day of November, 1977, by and between

ferred to as "SECOND PARTY",

That if Second Party shall first make the payrments and

- perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on his part to be

made and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to

convey and assure to Second Party, his heirs, personal represent-
atives or assigns, in fee simple, free from all encumbrances, by

a good and sufficient warranty deed, the following described

property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:

on file in Plat Book_5, page 49, of the public rec-
ords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And Second Party hereby covenants and agrees to pay First Parties
the surr~ of THIRTEEN THOUSAND TWO HLJNDRID SEVEN DOLIARS AND FORTY-
FIVE CENTS ($13, 207 .45 with interest from date at the rate of 996
per annum as follows:
$125.00 on or before the lst day of December, 1977,
and $125.00 on or before the lst day of each month

Second Party hereby covenants and agrees to pay all taxes,
assessments or impositions that may be legally levied or imposed .

insured in a sum not less than the maximum insurable value, in a
