THIS INDENTURE, executed the o~ ~ day of December. 1977,
between JOSEPH A. GOODWIN~ Personal Representative of the Estate of
Ethel M. Long, Deceased, Party of the First Part, and J. NELSON
HUG1~S and MARY E. HUGHES, his wife, Parties of the Second Part,
whose address is 4620 Wisconsin Avenue, N.W., Washington. D.C. 20016,
W I T N E S S E T H:
_ The Party of the First Part, pursuant to Che Order of the
Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, ~i~rida~ dated September 6, 1977,
and in consideration of the premises and ~the sum of Fifty-five
Thousand and 00/100 ($55,000.~0) Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases. conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part,
their heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as:
Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 3, OCEAN VIE~~ SUBDIVISION
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book b, Page 61,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with an easement over the South 2.feet of
Lot 9, Block 2, REVISED PLAT OF PAI~M HAVEN
SUBDIVISION, per olat thereof on file in Plat Book
, 8, Page 44, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

~ TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
~ and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Parties of the Second
Part, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the First Part does covenant to and with
the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all .
