Plaintiff, RELIANCE INSURANCE COMPANY, requests the Clerk

GEORGE WALTON, for his failure to serve answer or other defense to
the Complaint, the records showing that personal service was had
upon said Defendant to answer said Complaint on or before October
26, 1977, and it further appearing that the Defendant failed to
answer or move to dismiss the said Complaint on or before October
26, 1977. Plaintiff therefore respectfully requests that said
Complaint be taken as confessed against the named Defendant.
