The undersigned parties agree and stipulate as follows:
1. With reference to the personal injuries al.leged to
`have incurred by the-Plaintiff, MATTHEW S. PRESTON, it is agreed
~ that the matter has been compromised and settled, with the
Defendant, STONE~~ALL INSURANCE COMPAtdY, to pay its policy limits

applicable to this clair.?, to wit: $15,000, to the Plaitniffs, and
in return therefor the Court may dismiss this claim with prejudice,.

` with reference to the alleged injuries to Plaintiff, MATTHEW S.

~ PRF.STON, reserving jurisdiction only for the purpose of making a
~ determination with reference to liens against the proceeds of
~
~ settlement.
2. Since the first accident herein sued upon, the
Plaintiff, LYNtJ PRESTON, has been involved in a second accident
which resulted in personal injuries to the Plaintiff, LYNN PRESTOPI.
~ The claim of LYNN PRESTO~i is especially reserved with reference to
~ ,
~ i her own personal injuries along with the Flaintiff, MATTHEW S.
PRESTON's derivative claim that he may fiave as the husband of the

~ Plaintiff, LYHN PRES~OiJ, only, witri reference to the injuries

: alleged to have been suffered by the Plaintiff, LYNN PRESTON.
