STIPULATION AND AGREEMENT
Comes now the Petitioner, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND
REH~iBIi.ITATIVE SERVICES OF THE STATE OF FIARIDA, and the Respondent,
ZERION DEXTER SIMPSON, and stipula~e~and agree that payments should
be changed from $25.00 per week to $100.00 per month. T'he reason
for this being that Mr. Simpson is paid on a monthly basis thereby

causing him a hardship in paying weekly. Further, the arrearage of `
about $76.00 is forgiven due to Mr. Simpson's good f aith and antici-
pated.~ood faith in making the ordered payments.
