THIS CAUSE came on for trial on the 29th day of November~ 1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and deteYmines : This Court has- jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists betweetr the parties; the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved and the . parties have reached agreement and stipulated in open court to the terms set forth herein. It is thereupon •ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as followe:~ I 1.. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DIANA i ~ ~ GAIL Mc00RTS and CHARLES DWIGHT McQORTS be and the same is hereby I ! dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed ~ ~ from the bonds of matri.mony heretofore existing between them and from - the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODiY. Custody of the two minor chiZdren of the parties~ MICHAEL ANDREW~ age 2~ years and MELISSA ANN, age 5 months, is herebq awarded to the mother, DIANA GAIL McCORTS~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the father~ CHARLES UWIGHT McoORTS. 3. SUPPORT. Cou~nencing the 5th day of December, 1977~ ~ , the Husband~ CHARLES DWIGHT Mc00RTS, shall pay to the Wif e the sum ~ ~ of $10.00 per week for the support of the children named above.
