Fort Pierce~ Florida~ 33450. In addition there is hereby assessed
the eum of a2.00 as statutory costa to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, moneq order
or cashier's cheCk. Both of the partie8 are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses
at all timea while this order is in effect.
4. MARITAL HOME. The Wife and children shall live in
the marital home and the Husband shall pay all rental fees therefor~
for a period of six ~6) tnanths.
. 5. PRpPERTY. The Wife shall retain possession of the
personal property in the home which was owned bq the parties. The
Husband shall convey, and he is ordered to sign the necessarq papers
to effect the conveyance of, the 1974 Monte Carlo automobi2.e to the
Wife. Said au~omobile is presently titled in the names of both
parties. _ '
6. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby ~
enjoirted and restrained from interfering with~ harassitg or annoqing,
the other.
7. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
$300.00 to be reasonable for the Wif e's attorney fcr his services
herein and CHARLES DWIGHT McopRTS is ordered to pay said attorney
said swn together with costs herein assessed at $39.70.
8. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause~ and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
maq be proper. '
