to ST. LUCIE COUNTY of the State of Floride~, ~rith its address being P. 0. Box
700, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called "Grantee",
WITNESSETH:
That Grantor, for and in consideration of the aum of Ten Dollars {~10.00)
to it in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt Whereof is hereby ackno~ledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, the
following described ~and in St. Lucie County, Florida, to vit:
That portion of Lot 60, Block "B" of Maravilla Heights Subdivision,
as recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 89 and Plat Book 5 at Page 1 of
the Public Records of Saint Lucie Cowaty,Florida, lying NorthWesterly
of a line 50 feet Northwesterly of and parallel to the centerline
of the main line track of the Florida East Coast RailWay Company's
Glades Cu~off line, all situate, lying and being in Section 28,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida. .
THIS DEID is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the Grantee,
its successors and assigns, a right of v~y for public highWay and drainage purposes;
AND Grantor does hereby rrarrsnt the title to said land and ~rill defend ssme against
the la~rful claims of all persons claiming by, through or under said Grantor, its
successors and assigns, and not othervise.

executed in its corporate name and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed by its
