THIS DEED, made this 7th, day of December , 19 , by

part.
WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part, for and in consid-
eration of the swn of One Dollar ($1.00) to it in hand paid by the parties
of the second pa~t, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the parties of the second part, their heirs and
