DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
~ This cause came on for trial the 20th day of December, ~
1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
-evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
~ be dissolved. It is thereupon -
i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between NOLAN
~
~
~ D. STRIPLING and LINDA S. STRIPLING be and the same is hereby ,
~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
, freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of NOLAN D. STRIPLING,II; TYLEIA L.
STRIPLING; and, JONATHON L. STRIPLING, minor children of the
~ parties, is hereby awarded to LINDA S. STRIPLING, with reasonable
~ visitation rights to NOLAN D. STRIPLING. ~

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the lst day of January, 1978,
~
~ NOLAN D. STRIPLING shall pay to LINDA S. STRIPLING, the sum of

~ $ Q~ each and every week, for the support of the children

~ named above.
