FINAL JUDGMENT .
DISSOI.UTION OF ?4ARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the~ day of ~~t•t~`+CZ~ 1977
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determi.nes: This Court has j urisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken.and should be dis-
solved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWIN
i C. WILSON and DELETHA 4JILSON be and the same is hereby dissolved,
i
and the parties and each of them are hezeby forever freed from
~ the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of AMANDA J. WILSON, minor child of
,
the parties, is hereby awarded to the wife, DELETHA WILSON, with
reasonable visitation rights reserved to the husband, EDWIN C.
WILSON.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the ~~p ~ay o , 1977
~ the husband, EDWIN C. WILSON, shall pay to the wife, DELETHA
~
WILSON, the sum of $20.00 each and every week for the support
~
~ of the minor child named above.
Each pay~ent shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
~ by him remitted promptly to the wife, DELETHA WILSON. In addi-
