THIS CAUSE having come before the Coir t, ex parte, and
the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is _

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that any and all persons duly and
properly served with a subpoena or stipoena duces tecum in this

cause which sets forth a trial date of November 28, 1977 or October
31, 1977, shall and each of them is hereby ordered to appear on
January 23, 1977, as if said subpoena ordered such and to bring with
' them at that time any and all items, documents or otherwise set forth
