Notice is hereby given that a suit was instituted in the above
Court on the day of December , 1977 , by the above named
Plaintiff(s) against the above named Defendant(s).
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of
land and-personalty lacated thereon, situate, lying and being in -
St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 14, in Block 1, of BUNCHE PARK, according to the
Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, at Page 18
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,~Florida;
together with the improvements thereon and all furniture,
fixtures and equipment contained therein, replacements
thereof and additions thereto.
The relief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a
certain mortgage given by MOSES LEE ALLEN, an unmarried man,
to the Plaintiff(s) recorded in O.R.Book 266, Page 2033
in the office of the Clerk of the above Court; the decreeing of a sale ~
of said property under the direction of said Court, in default of the
payment of the amount found to be due the Plaintiff(s) under said
mortgage; and for other and further relief.
