THEODO.RE R. NELSON, to me well known who upon oath says:
1., Iie is an attorney at law licensed to practice in ~
Florida since 1949, and with present offices at ~135 Kane Concourse,
Bay Harbor Islancis, Florida.
2. Iie is personally familiar with the individuals
hereinafter named as CONAN HALPERIN, MOLLY HALPERIN, and MOLVY K.
HALPERIN, and has been for a period comr.?encing prior to the.execution
and recording of the legal instruments hereinafter described.
3. He is presently attorney for said parties and has
acted as attorney for said parties for a considerable number of years
and is personally familiar with the real estate hereinafter described
and with the legal documents hereinafter described and ~~ith the trans-
action giving rise to the legal documents hereinafter described.
