CASE PJO. 77-1009-FR IN RE: The Matter of Adoption of JAMI LYNN HOLDREN, ~ ~ FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption filed in this cause and with the written consent of the natural mother, CAROLYN M. BEARZOTTI, and the natural father having failed to make an appearance after~being notified, and it appearing to the Court that the natural father has abandoned the child and that the Petitioner is a fit and proper-person to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that the best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioner. RONALD ~ D. BEARZOTTI, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the i premises, it is ! ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court excuses any consent of ~ the natural father. It is. further ~ . ~ ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as JAMI ~ LXNN HOLDREN, is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner, RONALD D. BEARZOTTI, and is given the narae of_JAMI LYNN BEARZOTTI, by which name she shall hereafter be known, and it is, further ORDERED_AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and legal heir of the Petitioner, RONALD D. BEAFZOTTI, entitled to all ~ rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a child ~ _ born to Petitioner, RONALD D.
