Petition for Supercedeas Bond and the Wife's Petition for~
the payment of temporary alimony during appeal, and the `

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .

1. The Husband is ordered to pay the Wife the sum ~
of $80.00 per week as temporary alimony during the pendency
of the appeal of this matter from October 1, 1977.
j 2. The Husband is directed to bring these sums

~ current to the Wife as a condition of his posting a Super-
~ cedeas Bond in the amount of $2,500.00 to cover the cost of ~
staying the other assignment of errors filed by the Husband
