seeking to foreclose a mortgage encumbering the following described
real property, situate, lying and-being in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit;

Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book Page 52, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
PARCEL 2 Begin at the Northeast corner of Lot 5, Block 1, WILLIAMS ~
ADDITION, Plat Book page 52, of the Public ftecords of
St. Lucie County, Florida; thence run South 200 feet to
the point of beginning; thence run West 330 feet to a
stake; thence turn and.run South 30 feet; thence turn and
run Sast 330 feet to a stake; thence turn and run North
30 feet to a Point of Beginning.
